Common Questions

Have something else in mind? Reach out directly.

How long does a typical repair take?

Most standard repairs and setups are completed within 5–7 business days. More complex work — full refrets, structural repairs, custom builds — will take longer, and Adam will give you a realistic timeline at drop-off.

Do you work on acoustic and electric guitars?

Yes — acoustic, electric, semi-hollow, classical, and bass. If it has strings and frets, we can work on it.

What's included in a professional setup?

A full setup covers truss rod adjustment, action and intonation, pickup height, nut slot check, fretboard cleaning, and fret polish. String change is included. You'll get your guitar back feeling and playing like new.

Do you offer pickup installation and electronics work?

Absolutely — pickup swaps, full rewires, output jack replacements, pot and switch swaps, body cavity shielding, and more. See the pricing section for a full breakdown.

How much does a custom electric guitar build cost?

Custom builds start at $1,500 and vary based on wood selection, body style, hardware specs, and finish work. The best way to get a quote is to reach out with your vision and we'll go from there.

Do you offer a discount for musicians?

Yes — working and gigging musicians receive 10% off labor on any service. Just mention it when you reach out or drop off your instrument.
